The Lake

Sooo longe since the last time I wrote on my blog! I was still in England…
When I came back I was prepared to a looong week of relax in Verona, like days at the swimming pool or by the lake, shopping and sleeping… Instead there were two sticky/hot days where I really couldn’t sleep and than a week of cold windy rain… My mother kept telling me it was the right weather to study for my exams in september, I wasn’t so sure, for me it was the right weather for sleeping on the sofa with a nice blanket and a long film on TV…
Anyway, finally this sunday the sun came out!
We suddenly decided to pick up the moped to go to Malcesine, the cutest villange by the Garda’s lake

There was a really beautiful youth hostel behind this gate. It is a big period villa full of antique wall paintings with a gorgeous park just in front of the lake… It’s a shame they had to close it down 
The best way to pass the time on the beach is surely making crosswords puzzle! Expecially when you’re looking for something to do instead of studying…
I’m really proud of my bag, even if it comes from a supermarket! It’s made with recycled coffee sack that were used to import the coffee beans in Italy, so it’s super resistant, big and really cheap, I paid it only 1,50€
I used to pass lot of time here in Malcesine since I was child and I’m not bored at all about this place! I come here every time I can even if it’s a bit far from Verona, almost 1 hour…
We whent to the restaurant for a pizza at evening. We were in a nice pizzeria really close to the old harbour, the pizza was supreme and they offered us a little glass of Limoncello, so good!
